Travel Itinerary
Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months) duly signed and stamped by the bankers
Income Tax returns last three years / /Form 16 for last 3 years

If Honeymooners

If Employed

Letter from employer stating Leave sanctioned and No Objection to travel to Switzerland (with company seal and signature)
Salary slips last three months and appointments letter copy if new joining

If Self Employed

If Visiting Friends or Relatives

Invitation Letter from invitee duly authorised by the local authority with full details of invitee, his status in Switzerland and relation ship with applicant
Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit
Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.
Inviter's Financial documents like Income Tax statement and Bank Statement

If Student

School / College / Institute ID Card
Leave sanctioned letter from School or School diary mentioning holidays during that time

If Minor

Birth Certificate
No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper
ID proof of parent like passport or PAN card

If Sponsored

Photo Specifications

Please provide two recent passport size pictures, not older than 6 months (size 35 – 40 mm in width, no copy or scanned picture)
The photographs should be in colour
Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background
Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print)
Full face, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
